Diane T. Emery
ERS founder, Diane T. Emery, CMRS, is closely involved in the day-to-day operations of the agency, meeting with clients and monitoring the quality and excellence of transcripts, facilities, and service. The ERS team lives by the motto, "We work hard to make your job easier."
Diane T. Emery attended the University of South Florida. She became a Certified Manager of Reporting Services (CMRS) in 1991 after successfully completing a two-and-a-half-year intensive program offered by the National Court Reporters Association and Columbia University School of Business Management. She has served as editor of the Florida Court Reporters Magazine, and in 1998 she was honored with Pro Bono Awards from the Florida Court Reporters Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Diane is an active member of the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA), Florida Court Reporters Association (FCRA), Florida Association of Legal Support Specialists (FALSS), Pinellas Country Trial Lawyers Association (PCTLA), and Society for the Technological Advancement of Reporting (STAR).
